We offer delivery within San Ignacio and Santa Elena town limits. Deliveries are made only once per week and on Sundays.

We accept bank transfers, online payments, cash, Ekyash and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged after opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours and send us a picture of the product after receiving it.

Yes, a non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due before or on the appointment date.

Yes! Bridal trials are available and highly recommended to ensure your wedding day look is exactly what you envision.

Most appointments take between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the service elected.

Yes, lashes are included. Options may include faux mink, mink or human hair lashes.

Please arrive with a clean and makeup free face. Proper skincare and hydration before your appointment will help achieve the best results. I always recommend scrubbing your face before with your preferred face scrub or sugar especially around the nose area.

Absolutely! We can accommodate bridal parties and group bookings. Advance notice is recommended.

1. Fill Out the Bridal Inquiry Form / Contact Form – Start by completing our contact form with your wedding details, including date, location and services you need.
2. Let’s Connect – Once your form is received, we will connect with you via WhatsApp or Zoom to discuss your vision, bridal needs and any special requests.
3. Bridal Contract & Deposit – A bridal contract will be prepared to secure your date. A non refundable deposit is required to officially confirm your booking.
4. In Person Consultation – We will schedule an in person consultation to finalize your look, discuss skincare prep, and plan your wedding day schedule in detail.
5. Your Wedding Day – Relax and enjoy your special day. We bring your dream bridal look to life with a flawless and long lasting finish.

My bridal packages include:

• Package 1 – Includes a makeup trial, consultation and makeup on wedding day.
• Package 2 – Makeup trial, consultation and makeup on the wedding day with touch ups after the ceremony.
• Package 3 – Bridal trial, consultation, makeup on wedding day. Also includes, makeup on mother of bride, makeup on mother in law, makeup on bridesmaid etc. Optional: Touchups after ceremony.
