Three ways to receive your order
Local Delivery
Free delivery within the town limits of San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Orders go out once a week, every Sunday.
Countrywide Courier
We ship across Belize via BPMS, the Post Office, and interdistrict couriers. Fulfillment and shipping happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Courier costs are covered by the customer.
Order Pickup
No physical storefront, but pickup is available. Reach out through the website form, WhatsApp, email, or social media and we'll coordinate a time.
The details
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing may take a little longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

MB Cosmetics BZ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or any other events beyond our direct control.
